£What I bought today / 買ったもの £
●Pork belly / 豚バラ肉
Normaly we cannnot find pork belly in supermarket such as Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. But we foud it at ALDI in Kilburn!!
We prefer pork than beef and checken. We are happy to get pork belly, and tastes good!!
普通のスーパーだと豚肉すらろくに置いていないんだけど、家から少し遠いALDI(ドイツ系の安いスーパー)でポークベリーを安く売ってるという事に最近気づいた。しかもやっぱり脂ののった豚肉はおいしい。
●Courgettes / ズッキーニ 3本
●Onions / たまねぎ 4個
●Paprikas / パプリカ 3個
●Bananas / バナナ 3本
●Rice / 米 1kg
We are looking for proper white rice like Japanese one.
We can get it at Japanese grocery store but it is too expensive for us.
Today we got white rice which is Mediterranean products. It looks like Japanese one.
I hope it is good☺
おいしくて安い米を求めて試行錯誤しています。
普通のスーパーマーケットだとPudding RiceやSticky Riceが日本の米に近いけど、量が少なくて高い。
今回はMediterranean(地中海)の米を八百屋みたいなところで購入。
見た目が日本米に似ていたので、試しに1kg購入。おいしいといいなぁ〜

賞味期限が半年以上と長いのでとりあえず買っておく。

After grained, smells so nice.
日本の炒りごまは、やはり売っていない。
ツヤのない似ているごまを買ってみた。
家に帰ってからすり鉢ですってみたら、おいしいごまになった！

Panfried vegetable and pork belly with Miso / 野菜とお肉の味噌炒め
Beans pilaf / 昨日の残りのトマトピラフ
お肉は高いので普段あまり食べないけど、ポークベリーが手に入ったので野菜と味噌と一緒に炒めたらすごい美味しかった。
やはり肉が入ると一気に旨みも満足度も増すな〜
